What is event liability insurance?
A. Event liability insurance protects you from possible exposure of bodily injury and property damage arising due to your negligence during your event.

 What does event liability insurance covers?
A. It covers liability (bodily injury and property damage) up to the limit of insurance.

What coverage is available in event liability insurance?
A. Bodily Injury, personal and  advertising injury, product completion , property  damage and medical (optional in some cases)

Is liquor liability covered under all event liability insurance?
A. If you are serving alcohol but not making any profit out of it, then 'Host Liquor Liability' is included in the policy, however, if you are making any profit then you will have to take Liquor Liability insurance in addition to the event liability insurance.

Can I get Liquor Liability insurance without the Event Liability Insurance?
A. It is difficult to get standalone Liquor Liability insurance.

Why I need medical coverage when bodily injury is covered in the liability insurance?
A. Event insurance covers liability arising from bodily injury and property damage. The actual cost of treating an injury will be covered under medical insurance and the injured party.

How can I purchase event insurance?

What is the quote turnaround time?
A. In most cases it is one day or less

How much is the standard coverage limit of the policy?
A. 1 million per occurrence and 2 million aggregate .

Is there any additional fee to issue certificates of insurance?
A.In most cases no. We don’t charge any certificate issuance fees if the carrier is also not charging it. In few cases the carriers charge certificate issuance fee and we inform the client in advance of these fees.

What if my event is cancelled before the event date?
A .You get the refund if you inform us at least 24 hours before .

Do I have to live in the state where the event is happening?
A. No

Can I serve liquor to my guests and be covered under the policy?
A. Yes, if you are not making any profit out of it.

What if due to natural causes (rain, weather, hurricane) my event is cancelled? Will I be protected?
A. If you have bought the weather insurance which is separate from liability insurance, then you are covered. 

How quickly can I bind the coverage and get a proof of insurance?
A. Once you have faxed the acceptance of the quote and made the payment, the proof of insurance can be emailed to you within an hour.

What is host liquor liability?
A. Host Liquor Liability is the liability coverage against the claim due to liquor, if no profit is made while serving alcohol.

How do I report and file a claim in case of a loss?
